Q: What makes Noelle Motors USA different from the dealer or any other BMW repair shop?

A: We have decades of experience in the repair and maintenance of BMW’S. We also have in depth knowledge of the actual systems that make your BMW work. This is due to our in house R&D department where we develop software for all BMW models. We utilize the same BMW factory diagnostic and programming tools as they do in the factory in Germany.

Q: How do I properly maintain my BMW?

A: BMW’s recommended service intervals and service recommendations are based on the following parameters:

  1. Cost of ownership. If no maintenance is recommended, your ownership cost is lower.
  2. Being green. Long oil change intervals and no other services recommended means less hazardous waste.
  3. Guaranteed major component failure. If you never service your transmission or you only change your oil every 15,000 miles, the components will wear out much faster. Major component replacements means a greater cost.

Proper maintenance is changing your engine oil and filter every 5,000 miles. This also includes all other fluids and filters. Clean the fuel injection system, perform a carbon removal on the intake system and replace the spark plugs every 50,000 miles. If you maintain your BMW in that fashion, your BMW will never let you down and you will retain a higher resale value.

Q: Do performance modifications void my warranty?

A: In general the answer is yes, they do. However, Dinan Performance Modifications come with a warranty that matches the factory warranty. This includes consequential damage, therefore Dinan modifications in reality do NOT void your warranty.
